This is Beer & Company.
At Beer & Company, we spend time looking at beer, brewing and the people behind the whole thing.
Each episode is a long-format lighthearted conversation with somebody within the world of beer - from brewers to bar owners, to fans, to people still just working out their porters from their pales.

This week on Beer & Company
We're joined by Co-Founder Christian and Head of Operations Richard (AKA Bean) in this, the first instalment of Beer & Company.
Sitting within the brewery as it is cleaned after a long day brewing on a recently converted mezzanine floor we sat around a table and spoke about the birth of North Bar over 20 years ago when European imports were the premium movers and shakers in the industry and the journey Christian and John (the other co-founder) embarked on to get them to where they are now, running an award winning brewery in the heart of the craft (for want of a better name) beer movement.
Make sure to subscribe wherever you find your podcasts to listen in to our next episode with West Berkshire Brewery.
We're joined by CEO Simon Lewis of both West Berkshire Brewery and Renegade Brewery - the brewery of two halves. He and Jack discuss the history of the brewery, the inception of Renegade, the background of some of the team at West Berkshire and the direction they're headed with the investment into a huge new brewery.
They also tackle some of the debate around craft, and properly geek out about the overall process of making a beer.
